Barn Conversion

The client's initial request was to create an outbuilding they could use for guests and family members. Its previous use was as storage and a garage. However, it soon became apparent that it would be possible to apply for this to be a separate dwelling. The application for the barn to be a separate dwelling was successful, and our clients were pleased with this outcome.

The building work was done by a local builder with whom we work closely. It has been finished to a high standard and is now available as a holiday let. There are two bedrooms, both with their en-suite bathrooms. The signs are that this is a successful new business venture for our clients.
