Mark Thomas BSc, MCIAT Co-owner

Mark is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and has an Engineering degree from the University of Bath. This provides a professional approach to all building design and construction aspects.

Mark mainly focuses on client interaction and continued support through the various required processes, specifically client requirements, design, drawing, planning, building regulations, and contract administration.

Mark's approach is what we call “personal professional.” We get to know our clients well, and this knowledge translates into a design that meets a couple's or family's needs. All clients are different and require dedicated attention to ensure the design details are right.

Andrew ThomasCo-owner

Andrew trained at the East Surrey and University of Plymouth and brings over 10 years of experience to the practice.

Andy firmly believes in combining historic and modern architecture and building techniques, light, and the correct materials while ensuring premium on-site craftsmanship. He joined the business with Mark in 2019 to focus on the construction aspect. He ensured detailed designs were completed and followed and that design work was pragmatically matched to people’s needs and aspirations.

Previous experience has included detailed design and project management for blue-chip companies such as BP, Shell, MFG, Costa, Subway, Greggs, Tim Hortons, Team Sport, etc. Moreover, Andrew has delivered high-end properties across the country, focusing on beautiful designs which can be tailored to the client's needs and budget.

Andy has over 10 years of experience in residential properties in the South East, such as Ascot, Sunningdale, Esher, Windsor, Virginia Water, Chobham, etc. with further experience in the South West.
