Extension and Renovation

This extension has undergone a series of design changes to make the best use of the site from a livability, access, and budget point of view. Final designs include a new easy-access staircase to the front of the property with extra visibility and parking. The house has completely flipped upside down with a living floor on the first floor and a new roof terrace, and the ground floor has been transformed into a bedroom/bathroom space. The thinking behind this was to make the most of the views across Appledore, North Devon.
